Andreena Leeanne is a London based
Lived Experience Speaker, Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator, Poet & Author of CHARRED: A survivor speaks her truth to inspire, a collection of poems published by Team Angelica in October 2020 and shortlisted for a Polari First Book Prize in 2021.
Andreena delivers virtually or in-person/hybrid a variety of 40 minute presentations + 20 minute Q&A as a 'Lunch & Learn' to corporate organisations who are keen to promote the importance of kindness and compassion in the workplace.
The multimedia PowerPoint presentations focus on:
bystander interventions,
authenticity,
intersectionality,
equity,
equality,
diversity,
inclusion,
allyship
and belonging
all from a lived experience perspective and include poetry as well as real life examples of micro-aggressions and practical tips for allyship in the workplace.

Andreena also facilitates virtual and in-person creative wellbeing workshops which are designed to assist the participants with identifying suitable self-care practices for personal growth, exploring curiosity, creativity and freedom of expression to avoid burnout, reduce staff sickness absence and increase productivity.
In 2020 Andreena was shortlisted for a National Diversity Award for Positive LGBT Role Model.
Andreena is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts (RSA)

Write Your Truth
It is important to share your perspective, tell your story and open up about your experience as we have all been through different challenges. Speaking and writing your truth can set you free and is a major part of your healing journey.
Reversing Negative Self-Talk
Negative self talk is any inner dialogue that you have with yourself that may be limiting your ability to believe in yourself.
For example: 'I am going to fail and embarrass myself'
